The 10th anniversary issue cover of Beckett Baseball Card Monthly featuring Frank Thomas and Ken Griffey, Jr.

Beckett commissioned the painting for this issue. I wanted to shoot some photos as reference so I could get the flames of the burning cover just right. I folded a piece of newspaper over a line and lit it on fire. I took some nice pictures at first, then the burning newspaper took off and flew on to the roof of my house. Luckily no damage!
