Here's a little student work from my days at Central Connecticut State College. (now CCSU)

This is a drawing of Sammy Baugh, who was a quarterback for the Washington Redskins in the late 1930s and led them to a couple of NFL Championships.

I submitted this to a student art show at Central and got rejected for being "too technical".

As part of my portfolio review by Ken Davies at Paier School of Art, this drawing helped me get accepted to Paier the following summer..
